I was at my local 99 Ranch Market (a Chinese Market chain) in Hacienda Heights the other day and was super stoked to discover Taiwanese spinach, very much similar to spinach found in Japan- dark green, really thick leaves and stalks. Seems like you get a whole lot more spinach for, well, the spinach. See, not everything American is bigger!
